Panattoni is extending a production plant making specialised telecommunications systems at Panattoni Park Szczecin I. Next to the existing 32,000 sqm, the developer will build a further 24,000 sqm. As a result, this June the logistics and industrial complex will be 80 percent completed, and by year-end Panattoni intends to embark on the construction of the final 42,000 sqm phase of the park, completing the entire project planned to total 220,700 sqm.

Romanian residential developer One United Properties is moving ahead with three new projects in Bucharest.

Panattoni developer has leased approx. 13,400 sqm to VS Transport at Panattoni Park Wrocław VII. The tenant will be moving into the complex this April, and the developer is announcing the construction of a further 38,000 sqm at the same location.

CBRE has leased 4,000 sqm at Warsaw Unit, which is currently under construction by Ghelamco near the Rondo Daszyńskiego. The 202-meter building will offer 57,000 sqm of office space on 45 floors as well as a multi-story garage for 450 vehicles and infrastructure for cyclists, including bike parking, locker rooms and showers. Completion is scheduled for 2021.

Colliers International has been assigned to assist YIT Slovakia in leasing the Pradiareň 1900 office building. After the opening, Colliers International REMS will be assisting the developer with property management.

A modern office building, which is being built in the centre of Katowice, .KTW II was awarded the BREEAM Interim Design Stage certificate at the Excellent level.

Panattoni will deliver another project for K-FLEX, a manufacturer of thermal and acoustic insulation materials. Next to the company’s existing factory near Uniejów, the developer will build a 9,300-square-metre warehouse facility. The investment will commence in mid-2020.

Belgian real estate developer Liebrecht & wooD, continues the development of its second outlet centre on the Romanian market, in Cernica, near Bucharest, despite the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, zf.ro reports.

J&T Real Estate is moving forward with the extension of the Eurovea mixed-use complex. The foundation work is progressing and the contractor selection process has concluded.

Trei Real Estate GmbH, a developer and property asset holder for residential and retail real estate, just launched the sales drive for ownership apartments in the Polish city of Łódź. The project represents Trei’s second residential development in Poland. The initial total of 104 apartments offered for sale will be built during the first construction stage. Trei entered the Polish residential real estate market in summer 2019 with a first project in Wroclaw.
