CTP has launched two new industrial parks just outside of Plzeň, on the D5 highway connecting the Czech Republic with Germany. Up to 46,000 sqm of space will become available for new clients in the initial phases of construction in CTPark Cerhovice and Blatnice.

CTP continues its expansion in Romania. The developer plans to add another 200,000 sqm to its 1 million sqm local portfolio.

CTP has recently announced new leases and development completions, in addition to ambitious plans for future expansion, in the Budapest region of Hungary and Northwest Bohemia and Moravia in the Czech Republic.

CTP is the first real estate developer to reach a historical milestone: 1 million sqm of built area spread in 13 logistics and industrial parks throughout Bucharest and nine other cities, strategically located in Romania.

CTP completed the first three buildings in its brownfield redevelopment project Vlněna, located in central Brno. FGH, a complex of three buildings offering some 18,000 sqm, is already largely leased.

CTP announced reaching the 5 million sqm lettable milestone this month. The company has developed a portfolio of strategically located business parks over the past 20 years located throughout Central Europe with 95% occupancy, creating approximately €280 million of rental income for 2018, with over 415 tenants employing over 60,000 people in a variety of industries, manufacturing, R&D, logistics, distribution and e-commerce across 8 countries.

CTP has sealed a long-term strategic partnership with Deka Immobilien involving three prime industrial parks in the Czech Republic - CTPark Plzeň, CTPark Prague North and CTPark Teplice. Deka Immobilien acquired the ownership stakes in the parks with CTP Group continuing to manage and operate the portfolio under the CTPark network brand. Including two development projects, the deal represents 430,000 sqm of premium industrial properties. The transaction volume of €460 million places the deal amongst the largest ever real estate transactions in the Czech Republic.

CPI Property Group announced the appointment of Radek Zeman as Division Director and Barbara Topolska as Country Manager for Poland, in addition to the refinancing of the IGY shopping centre located in Ceske Budejovice, Czech Republic. The newly secured loan of €60 million was provided by Komercni banka for a term of five years.
