Industrial developer CTP reported net rental income growth of 15.4% year-on-year to €549 million in the first nine months of 2025. The company achieved like-for-like rental growth of 4.5%, driven by indexation and lease renewals.

CTP has signed a lease with a global logistics service provider for a 34,450 sqm warehouse facility at CTPark Sulechwów in Poland. The new tenant will occupy nearly 46% of the developed area of the park through 33,376 sqm of warehouse space and a 1,074 sqm office area.

iLogistic, a fulfilment solutions company, signed a long-term lease for an additional 5,000 sqm at CTPark Budapest West in Biatorbagy in September. The company now operates across 15,500 sqm, representing a thirty-fold increase since launching in the park with just 500 sqm in 2018.

CTP, Europe's largest listed developer and operator of industrial and logistics parks by gross leasable area, has obtained Breeam New Construction Outstanding certification for an 85,000 sqm logistics warehouse at CTPark Ploiești, fully leased to international fashion retailer H&M. This is the first industrial building in CTP Romania's portfolio to achieve the highest level of the Breeam standard.

CTP has appointed Ivanka Ivanova as Managing Director for Bulgaria. The appointment supports the company's strategy to reach €1 billion of rental income by 2027.

CTP has signed a lease agreement with Rossmann, the fastest-growing drugstore chain in the Czech Republic, for a new 30,000 sqm logistics centre at CTPark Prague North.

Rossmann, in cooperation with the developer CTP, has started the construction of the new logistics centre of CTPark Prague North in Úžice near Prague, as the largest facility for drugstore distribution in the Czech Republic.

CTP has completed one of the largest production halls at CTPark Blučina in South Moravia. The new 52,000 sqm GLA facility has been designed to offer almost 30,000 sqm of cleanroom space for the production of specialised chips for the automotive industry.
