CTP has launched a new product on the Romanian market - Premium Business Units. These multifunctional units combine office, production, storage and showroom space into one. With areas between 1,000 and 3,000 square meters, they address the needs of those companies that want to optimize their flows and grow their businesses. Adapted to meet the needs of each company, these are premium facilities to modern standards and are aimed at entrepreneurs who are currently in outdated or improper buildings and want to optimize and improve their image and results.

CTP is launching the new product type exclusively at CTPark Bucharest, located directly off the Bucharest ring road, only 13 km to the city centre and with excellent access to the major A1 artery leading to the west. CTP plans to roll out the premium business units at other parks throughout CEE at locations on city edges to serve companies urban logistics operators, e-commerce outfits and small R&D or laboratory companies.

From this perspective, PBUs (Premium Business Units) are the place where you need to be so that you can offer your clients and employees a premium, fully secured, authorized and customized environment. Also, as communities become more important, any successful business needs to integrate into a community, and this is exactly what CTP offers at CTPark Bucharest: a business community where neighbours cooperate for success.

"We have already created a business community here and we believe it is ready to meet new business owners and entrepreneurs who until now did not think they could have such a multifunctional space before," said Remon Vos, CTP CEO.

The park benefits from an excellent location, very close to the ring road of Bucharest and with excellent access to the A1 motorway, offering a quick route to the rest of the country and connecting Bucharest with Hungary and the rest of Europe. It is one of the most important logistics hubs in western Bucharest, with all the infrastructure and all the utilities available, with good visibility and easy access to large transport vehicles and not far from the urban agglomeration of Militari.

"These are small spaces with high standards, with units between 1,000 and 3,000 square meters. All units are newly built, of high quality offering low energy consumption and maximum comfort. We believe that small businesses, production companies, research laboratories, etc. - the kind of companies that need relatively small spaces - deserves to develop their activity in adequate facilities, which helps them to keep costs with utilities under control and to attract a quality workforce. These units allow our tenants to concentrate on their core activities and to leave the space management in our care,” explained Ana Dumitrache, Country Head of CTP Romania.

So far, the product has been very well received, and CTP is currently in advanced discussions with a number of tenants who are considering moving to new premises. For the time being, there is only one building dedicated to this new product and it will be rented in order of applications. Although there are a limited number of such units, CTP is an agile market player and there are already other buildings ready to be launched and customized for promising businesses.
