CTP Invest's first project in Serbia - construction of CTPark Belgrade West - has been completed successfully.

Bulgaria marks the seventh country in which CTP opens operations, stretching the company's portfolio from the German border to the Black Sea.

CTP is on a good track to deliver more than 100,000 sqm premium category industrial space on the Budapest market in the next 12 months.

CTP acquired A1 Bucharest Park during a transaction valued at approximately €40 million.T property is situated at kilometre 13 on A1 motorway.

In 2018, CTP achieved gross rental income of nearly €274 million, a 16% year-on-year increase. During the year CTP grew its CEE portfolio by over 13%, reaching the milestone of 5 million sqm under management. Total asset value increased year-on-year by over 10% to €4.8 billion. The company’s LTV ratio decreased slightly to 48%.

CTP and a consortium of three banking groups (Erste Group Bank, Société Générale and UniCredit) agreed on an underwriting package of €1.9 billion for CTP’s Czech industrial portfolio, comprising 200 buildings, covering 2.7 million sqm of premium industrial space.

Developments in Serbia, the newest country in the CTPark Network, are fully underway. CTP is developing Class A properties around the capital Belgrade and other regional cities to respond to the growing demand in this new CEE business hotspot.

Delticom, an online distributor of tyres and automotive accessories is expanding its operations in CTPark Bratislava. CTP is currently finishing a new 7,000 sqm facility, according to CTP’s energy efficient CTSpace standards. The new facility will be available for move-in at the beginning of September 2019.

CTPark Sibiu II will receive its first tenants in about two months. The park has a total area of 9 hectares and in the first stage, 13,200 sqm are built-up and pre-leased. At present, only 2,600 sqm are available, the rest of the space is already leased to two companies. Upon completion of all the buildings in the park, the investment in its development will total about €23 million. This is the second investment of CTP in Sibiu after the expansion of a factory completed last year, but it is the first CTP premium logistics park with more tenants in the area.
