CA Immo has signed a three-year revolving credit facility worth €150 million with an option to increase it by €50 million and two one-year extension options. The margin on the credit facility is linked to the company's investment grade rating and the performance of sustainability indicators for the property portfolio.

CA Immo has achieved full occupancy at its Postępu 14 office building in Warsaw following lease extensions with anchor tenants AstraZeneca and Samsung covering 28,500 sqm of space.

CA Immo has announced the launch of a new share buyback programme following a management board resolution. The programme allows for the repurchase of up to 2,768,907 shares, representing 2.74% of the company's current share capital.

DRFG Investment Group has completed its first commercial property acquisition in Hungary by purchasing the Bartók Ház office building from CA Immo. Located in central Budapest, the property offers more than 17,600 sqm of leasable space. The transaction is part of the group's strategy to expand its real estate portfolio across Central and Eastern Europe.

CA Immo reported a return to profit in the first half of 2025, supported by higher rental income and efficiency gains. The company posted a consolidated net result of €31.3 million, compared with a loss of €49.1 million a year earlier.

CA Immo has announced that the Saski Crescent office building in Warsaw is now fully leased following the signing of new contracts with three companies, which together took 3,500 sqm of space. The property is now home to 12 tenants from different industries, while the ground floor hosts the BursztyNova Restaurant and Café, open to both employees and external visitors.

CA Immo has successfully closed the sale of the office property Visionary in Holešovice, Prague 7, comprising approximately 25,500 sqm of gross lettable area.
