CA Immo has achieved full occupancy of the Danube House office building in Prague's Riverside Karlín district, following a lease agreement with data management company Everpure for approximately 14,500 sqm of office space.
Meanwhile, the refurbishment of the project is expected to complete in Q2 2026. It will deliver approximately 22,500 sqm of office space with a new terracotta façade, transformed atrium with floating platforms and meeting rooms, sustainability features targeting Leed Platinum certification, and technology upgrades including smart access control and intelligent lighting.
Václav Jonáš, Managing Director at Ca Immo in the Czech Republic, commented: "Reaching full occupancy well ahead of completion is a milestone for Danube House and a clear confirmation of our vision for the project. With this refurbishment, we are transforming the building into a class A building with views to Prague castle."
Paul Melmon, Head of the Prague office at Everpure, added: "Danube House stood out as a choice for our Prague operations. It is a building within the Riverside Karlín campus, a location we know well and where we have been satisfied."
The Riverside Karlín campus comprises five buildings with a book value of around €300 million.
