CA Immobilien Anlagen AG has announced changes to its supervisory board, with majority shareholder SOF-11 Klimt CAI S.à r.l. appointing Timothy Abram and Christopher Lowthert with effect from 15 September 2026, using its delegation rights under the registered shares held. The two appointments succeed Jeffrey Dishner and Nicholas Chadwick.
Abram serves as Managing Director, Head of European Asset Management and Head of International Hotels at Starwood Capital Group, while Lowthert holds the role of Managing Director and Global CFO of Funds at the same firm. Lowthert has also been elected by the supervisory board as the new Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Abram has been at Starwood since June 2015, having previously worked at UBS Investment Bank and Citi's Global Markets team in London. Lowthert joined Starwood in January 2016 after spending more than 12 years in senior roles at GE Capital Real Estate, and earlier spent six years in the real estate audit department of PricewaterhouseCoopers' New York office, where he qualified as a Certified Public Accountant.
