The Management Board with the consent of the Supervisory Board of CA Immo has decided that neither the CA Immo treasury shares nor the Immofinanz shares held by CA Immo will be tendered into the respective voluntary partial offer of SOF-11 Starlight 10 EUR S.à.r.l., Luxembourg.
CA Immo has acquired Campus 6.1 office building in Bucharest from Skanska; the transaction volume is approx. €53 million. The closing of the transaction is subject to the conditions usual for such transactions and is expected by the end of 2018.

Representing Magyar Posta Takarék Real Estate Investment Fund, Diófa Alapkezelő Zrt. bought a 14 000 sqm Class A office building. Frank Nickel (58), CEO of CA Immobilien Anlagen AG, decided to leave the company for health reasons, in mutual agreement with the company with effect as of 31 December 2017 the earliest but in any event not later than 31 March 2018.
CA Immo signed and closed a sales and purchase agreement to acquire Building B of the Warsaw Spire office complex, comprising of 21,600 sqm GLA. The transaction volume of the fully rented asset amounts to around €100 million, the annual gross rental income reaches around € 6 million. With this transaction, CA Immo fulfils one of the last strategic and budgeted targets announced for 2017.
With the sale of its 51% holding in the Aerozone logistics park to M7 CEREF I in Budapest, CA Immo has completed the strategic withdrawal from the logistics segment that began in 2012. Over the past few years, almost 500,000 sqm of logistical space in total has been sold in Poland, Romania, Hungary and Germany.
Gemini Park Tarnów will see the debut of the first Unisono shop in eastern Małopolska. The new tenant will occupy a 152 sqm unit. The store will open later this year.
The Gemini Park Tychy shopping centre is extending cooperation with its long-standing partner, the Silesia Jeans brand. The multibrand, which offers brands such as Levi's, Mustang, Lee and Wrangler, will soon open its second shop in the Tychy mall. The new store will be filled with clothes and accessories from two American fashion brands: Tommy Jeans and Calvin Klein Jeans. The new unit will be 140 sqm in size and is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2023.
Building E belonging to the Nowy Rynek complex developed by Skanska in Poznań, although still under construction, is already attracting its future tenants. The international company Wunderman Thompson Technology will open its office here on approximately 2,000 sqm.
