Duda Development has sold more than 30% of apartments at its Dobry Szeląg residential scheme in Poznań. The development, located at ul. Wilczak 12a in the Winogrady district, comprises 120 apartments ranging from 28 sqm to over 140 sqm, with layouts spanning one to six rooms. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2029, with prices ranging from 12,150 złoty to 16,200 złoty per sqm.

"Today's buyer, regardless of whether they are in the standard or premium segment, has stopped looking solely at floor area. Buyers can distinguish genuine quality from brochure promises, paying attention to architecture, aesthetics, construction techniques and details that determine everyday comfort, such as acoustics. At Duda Development we operate on a clear principle: no compromises on quality. Dobry Szeląg is a good example of that approach, which is reflected in the sales results," said Wojciech Duda, president of Duda Development.

Among the features attracting buyers are ceiling heights of up to 3.3 metres, rooftop terraces assigned to selected apartments, a landscaped patio, a pram store, a bicycle room with a repair station, and a washing station for bicycles and pets. The building will also include rooftop photovoltaic panels supplying common areas, a water treatment station and anti-smog filters to maintain indoor air quality year-round.

The Winogrady location offers access to the Warta riverside recreational area, with a cycle ride to Cytadela park taking eight minutes and to the Old Market Square ten minutes. Shops, schools, kindergartens and public transport stops are all within walking distance.

Duda Development is a family-owned company that has operated in the Polish residential, commercial and land markets for nearly 30 years. Its portfolio includes projects in Poznań and Łódź, among them the multi-phase Diasfera Łódzka development, which delivered 583 apartments and 19 service units.
