Frontex, the European Border and Coast Guard Agency, has extended its lease for nearly 21,500 sqm of office space in the Warsaw Spire B building. The agency will remain in the Warsaw office complex for another three years, making it the largest tenant in CA Immo's Polish portfolio.

Both buildings in the Spire complex (Warsaw Spire B and C) are currently 100% let. Spire B, located in the heart of Warsaw's business district at Rondo Daszyńskiego, has been fully leased to Frontex for years.

"For us, this lease extension is confirmation that the office buildings in the Warsaw Spire complex offer high standards of security and working comfort, meeting the requirements of EU agencies," said Agata Wołos, Senior Asset Manager at CA Immo in Poland. "Our aim is to build lasting relationships with tenants and provide them with infrastructure that supports their development in a stable environment."

Warsaw Spire Building B offers 21,600 sqm of gross lettable area, 263 underground parking spaces. The building features access to restaurant and retail options around Plac Europejski and transport connections including the Metro line.

CA Immo's Polish portfolio consists of six office buildings in Warsaw with around 136,000 sqm of gross leasable area. The portfolio had a book value of approximately €475 million at the end of 2025, with an occupancy rate of 98%.
