Elhurt Plus, a Polish electrical equipment distributor, has completed the sale of its logistics complex in Bochnia to commercial property investor DL Invest Group.
The project, now called DL Invest Park Kraków - Bochnia, comprises two phases totalling nearly 20,000 sqm. The first building is fully leased to Rauscher & Stoecklin, an international electrical components manufacturer, under a long-term agreement. The second facility is being developed as a build-to-suit project for Bath 2.0, a bathroom fittings company.
The property sits directly adjacent to the A4 motorway, providing visibility and access to Kraków and Rzeszów for national and international logistics operations.
"This was our first large-scale investment in logistics real estate, and we are pleased with its completion. The Bochnia project demonstrates Elhurt Plus' ability to diversify assets by combining our core trading business with real estate investments," said Jarosław Panus, CEO of Elhurt Plus. "The project was managed with financial discipline at every stage. The sale confirms that a structured financial and commercial strategy translates into asset value," added Marzena Szlósarczyk, CFO of Elhurt Plus.
Walter Herz acted as transaction advisor to Elhurt Plus throughout the sale process. "Even in changing market conditions, assets with strong fundamentals continue to generate interest," said Bartłomiej Zagrodnik, Managing Partner at Walter Herz.
