Industrial developer HelloParks will use the €82 million (approximately HUF 30 billion) loan to build its industrial and logistics park in Maglód which is being developed in several phases. The next, second building is planned to be handed over in the last quarter of 2022.

Panattoni Park Koluszki, with a target area of ​​39,800 sqm, is now 60% leased. In September this year, more than 13,500 sqm will be occupied by international auto parts supplier Kamoka. The tenant was represented by Axi Immo in the selection process for the location and negotiating the contract.

Romanian e-commerce player eMAG is investing in a new warehouse spanning more than 100,000 sqm near Budapest, which is the company’s first development of this kind outside the country. 

Delivery firm Cargus has started operations last September in a warehouse covering 15,000 sqm in CTPark Bucharest that will accommodate fulfillment demand of e-commerce companies. 

Panattoni is to open up a new warehouse market in Central Poland. The developer has purchased a site in Pabianice, where it plans to deliver a park with a total area of ​​95,000 sqm. The first building is to be completed this June and has already been leased by one of the leading electronic store chains in Poland. Panattoni Park Pabianice will be situated close to the S14 expressway, just 35 km from the junction of the A1 and A2 motorways, which means efficient distribution to markets across Poland. The three-building complex is to undergo BREEAM certification at the ‘Excellent’ level.

Industrial developer CTP reported a net profit of €1 billion in 2021, up 306% year-on-year over expansion across the Central and Eastern Europe markets and increasing demand for warehouse space. 

Panattoni Park Košice Aiport has expanded by a second hall. The first tenants have already taken over the area of around 6,300 sqm. The nearly 20,000 sqm hall was built by developer Panattoni in cooperation with investor Accolade. Erik Ivaničko, Panattoni's director for Slovakia, told the TASR news agency that the investment in the construction of the new hall is about € 17 million.

The logistics arm of Biggeorge Property will start a huge project on the outskirts of Budapest, the company announced on LinkedIn. The complex is aimed to serve different clients with different needs. 

Warehouse developer LCube is planning to acquire a minimum of four new sites this year. This will mean it will double the number of its current projects.

The pan-European real estate investment manager will invest in the logistics sector in partnership with White Star Real Estate.
