U.S. logistics giant GXO lands at CTPark Bor. This large unit in the size of 60,000 sqm will lift the Czech/German border market hotspot hub to full capacity. It will boost the development demand at CTP satellite sites in Aš and Cheb too, the company reports.

Panattoni revealed that in 2021 there was a huge increase in the space it leased on the Polish market. Over the year, the developer signed approx. 300 lease agreements for more than 3.2 million sqm of space – 1 million sqm more than the previous year. Panattoni’s facilities were chosen by such companies as Zalando, LPP, Media Expert, Carrefour, DHL, DB Schenker, InPost, Solaris and Action. In total, the developer completed 1.85 million sqm of BREEAM certified space last year, while another 2.8 million sqm is under construction.

Prologis has announced another extension of its logistics park at Szigetszentmiklós, just off Budapest.

7R starts the construction of 7R Park Mysłowice. When finished, the logistics park will have two buildings with a total rentable area of over 59,000 sqm. The first stage of the project will be completed in July 2022.

Total demand amounted to 237,475 sqm in Q4 2021, indicating a 115% increase over Q4 2020 and making 2021 a record year in terms of total demand, according to the Budapest Research Forum’s latest industrial market snapshot.

P3 has acquired three attractive plots with a total surface area of 32 ha at the end of last year. They are all located within the administrative boundaries of large cities like Łódź, Wrocław, and Bydgoszcz.

Czech investment group RSJ and developer Panattoni have agreed on the construction of a new industrial park outside the city of Hradec Kralové. The 35,000 sqm warehouse will be located at one of the exits of the D11 motorway.

Romanian developer Global Vision will invest €70 million in Bucharest Airport Park near Otopeni Airport. The first development phase of the new logistics project will kick off this year and the first warehouse could have a leasable area up to 10,000 sqm, depending on demand, said Sorin Preda, Global Vision’s CEO, according to zf.ro.

Last year, Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych, supervised by Logicenters, signed lease agreements for nearly 15,000 sqm, which accounts for approx. 25% of the offered finished warehouse space. All facilities are almost fully leased. In order to extend the portfolio with new facilities, a new warehouse is currently under construction at BIK Park Wrocław, which will provide 22.5 thousand sqm of modern warehouse space. It is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of this year.

Panattoni has begun the construction of a 42,000 sqm logistics centre for Rohlig Suus Logistics at Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate I in Tarnowo Podgórne. At the same time, work has started on a speculative facility with an area of ​​18,000 sqm, which is intended for a variety of tenants.
