MSL Logistics, a supplier of pharmaceuticals’ logistics services, has expanded its leased space within CTPark Chitila by 6,660 sqm.
Initially, the company had leased 1,800 sqm and it doubled its capacity to 3,500 sqm in 2017. It expanded even more in 2021, reaching 8,500 sqm, due to an increase of over 75% in distributed volumes.
The rented warehouse has a permanent temperature and humidity monitoring system, as well as a refrigeration chamber. CTP has been working with MSL Logistics for more than a decade on the local market.
CTP Park Chitila has a built area of 48,000 sqm and expansion capacity for more than 11,500 sqm. The project located near Bucharest has a current occupancy rate of over 90%.
Across Romania, CTP manages around 1.5 million sqm of industrial and logistics spaces in major cities.
