This year’s value of transactions on the investment land market in Poland is already record-breaking.

MLP Group is set to carry out another bond issue worth €20 million. The debt securities will be issued on November 17th 2021 and repurchased on May 17th 2024.

Property developer Speedwell says it secured the building permit for its first industrial project located in north-western Bucharest. The development of the first warehouse under the Spaceplus brand will start in the next period and should be completed by the second quarter of 2022.
