Heimstaden Bostad has set new sustainability targets and will invest nearly €500 million (SEK 5 billion) to reduce the company’s greenhouse gas emissions by at least 46% by 2030, in line with the Paris Agreement ambition to limit global warming to 1.5°C.

Frontier Park Wrocław is a warehouse park, ultimately covering approx. 9,300 sqm of flexible warehouse and production space with adjacent office parts. Twelve Small Business Units with an area of 300 sqm are currently under construction on a 2-hectare plot in Bielany Wrocławskie.

Romanian developer One United Properties will distribute 32.5 million lei (around €6.5 million) in cash dividends, while its share capital will be increased by up to 288.8 million lei (€58.4 million), according to a voted of shareholders. 

Romanian developer Element Industrial will invest over €25 million in the development of ELI Park Brăila, a new logistics park that will have a gross leasable area of 50,000 sqm. 

Shoppers are becoming increasingly conscious and are looking for easily accessible, environmentally friendly shopping centres that also have outdoor green areas, a representative survey called "The role of shopping centres in the 21th century" by Westend and Marketing Resolution found. The survey examined the customer habits of people living in Budapest and its suburbs, including how often they visited their favourite malls, what experiences they were looking for there or what products were in highest demand.

The industrial and logistics market in Romania continues to grow in terms of leasing activity and supply of new projects, with some 800,000 sqm in new stock under development at present.  

Panattoni has completed a factory in Kalisz for Leviat – a global specialist in innovative solutions for the construction sector. The 40,000-square-metre investment replaces the company’s existing plant in the central Poland city. As a result, it will increase its production capacity and will be able expand its activities.

Atrium plans to demolish three old shopping mallls in Warsaw - Atrium Reduta, Atrium Targówek and King Cross – and build apartments in these locations. City authorities comply, but the change of the spatial plans may take years.

CTP has started the construction of a new warehousing facility for GEIS Global Logistics at CTPark Prešov South. A new 5 500 sqm facility will help GEIS strengthen its position in the Eastern part of the country, with the premises strategically located in the third-largest city of Slovakia.
