Developer J&T Real Estate CZ will build a new business zone with a city park in Hradec Králové near the D11 motorway. Thirty shops and a hobby market will be located in an area of more than 40 hectares. The total investment in the project will be around CZK 3 billion.

Strong, self-reliant economic centres are emerging amid ongoing supply chain disruptions and competition for natural resources. Europe is expanding its manufacturing and warehouse base, while Poland, with its skilled labour, lower labour costs than in the West and its mature and buoyant industrial and warehouse market, will be one of the key beneficiaries of these changes, says Piotr Kaszyński, Managing Partner, Newmark Polska, in an interview with Property Forum.

Nearly 100 more apartments for young people are being built in Bratislava's Ružinov district as part of the NUPPU project. The YIT Slovakia development group continues the project's construction with the next stage, Magnolia 2, the company confirmed to Property Forum today. 

Panattoni is developing another complex in the Kraków region – Panattoni Park Kraków North, with an area of ​​55,000 sqm. The first tenant has already been secured for the park: Trivium Packaging – a global manufacturer of metal packaging, which will transfer its existing chemical packaging operations to its new ​​21,000 sqm premises at the beginning of 2023. The building, developed by Belgian firm Codic and called HomeWork has recently reached its final structure. Apart from 15 luxury flats, a total of 3,600 sqm of office and retail space will be available. A restaurant and a cafe will also serve the needs of tenants.

The residential development market in the Czech Republic will be expanded by a new grouping of PPF and Karlín Group. Together, they will build residential projects in Holešovice and Libeň in Prague with a total investment value of CZK 4 billion, the company PPF announced.
