Three new Deputy CEOs have been appointed at Wing. In addition to his position as Director of Residential Developments, János Martin has been promoted to Deputy CEO of Wing, Director of Marketing Communications Csenge Mátray has fulfilled the role of Deputy CEO for Communications, HR and Corporate Operations, while Director of Transactions Bence Sass has been appointed Deputy CEO for International Business Development and Investments.


Wing, one of the leading developers and investors in the Hungarian real estate market, has expanded its management team with the appointment of three new Deputy CEOs. In addition to his position as Director of Residential Developments, János Martin has been promoted to Deputy CEO of Wing, Director of Marketing Communications Csenge Mátray has fulfilled the role of Deputy CEO for Communications, HR and Corporate Operations, while Director of Transactions Bence Sass has been appointed Deputy CEO for International Business Development and Investments.

János Martin started at Wing in 2008, working as a strategic analyst for nine years, and since 2017, he has been responsible for the group’s residential real estate developments as a business line director. He proved himself instrumental in the launch and successful development of Wing’s residential real estate business, LIVING. The number of LIVING apartments delivered since its establishment in 2018 and currently under development is close to 1,500, with more than 1,200 apartments already sold. He graduated in economics at the University of Pécs and subsequently worked in investment banking before joining the Group. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). While retaining his position as Director of Residential Developments, he has been promoted to Deputy CEO of Wing.

Csenge Mátray joined Wing Group in 2001 and has been responsible for the marketing communications and PR activities of Wing and its real estate projects since 2005. In addition to the continuous building of the company brand, she has been responsible for the communications of several office buildings and industrial properties, managed the launch of three shopping centres, has experience in hotel inauguration and, since 2018, has also been managing the marketing communications and PR activities of Wing’s residential brand LIVING and the residential projects under the umbrella brand. After obtaining a degree in economics at the Corvinus University of Budapest, she worked in marketing at the pharmaceutical division of Pharmavit and later at Győri Keksz. Besides communications, she is responsible now for the senior management representation of HR and corporate operations in her new position.

Bence Sass joined Wing in 2007. From the very beginning, he worked in the transactions team where, until recently, he fulfilled the role of Director of Transactions. At Wing, he played a key role in the development and implementation of the company’s international expansion strategy, including the acquisition of a majority stake in leading Polish real estate developer Echo Investment.  He has 20 years of experience in real estate investment, with a BA from the Budapest Business School and an MBA from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Following his appointment, he has continued his work at Wing as Deputy CEO for International Business Development and Investments.

New leases

  • MLP Group has bolstered the tenant mix at MLP Poznań West by welcoming Stockly, a 3D printing specialist. The company has leased 2,400 sqm of warehouse and office space, with operations already underway via early access. A full handover is expected in December 2026. Stockly was represented by Rock Estate during the transaction.
  • Echo Investment has signed a lease agreement with Auchan Polska for 1,200 sqm of retail space within Fuzja, a flagship multifunctional complex in Łódź. The retailer is scheduled to open the outlet during the summer of 2026.
  • Froo Romania, a subsidiary of the Żabka Group, has relocated its HQ to the Bucharest-based Hermes Business Campus. The retailer secured around 2,900 sqm of office space in a transaction facilitated by Colliers.

New appointments

  • Colliers has appointed Kata Mazsaroff, Tamás Beck, and Miklós Ecsődi as Equity Partners in Hungary, effective 30 April 2026. Mazsaroff, who joined in 2007, rises to Managing Partner after overseeing a 200 per cent revenue increase since her 2022 appointment as Managing Director. Beck, with Colliers since 1994, has led the Industrial & Logistics division since 2005, facilitating transactions covering 1.9 million sqm of built space and 9.8 million sqm of land. Ecsődi, Head of Occupier Services and Office Agency since joining in 2011, has secured over 450,000 sqm in leases valued above €600 million.
  • Aleksandra Walaszek and Tomasz Nowakowski have joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Agency. Walaszek has more than 10 years of experience in the retail sector. Nowakowski is an expert with nearly 20 years of experience in strategic leasing and retail property transaction management.
  • iO Partners has appointed Constantin Banu as Business Development Director for its Industrial and Land segments. With over 25 years of experience in the Romanian real estate sector, Banu is widely credited with helping shape the local logistics market. In his new role, he will oversee expansion strategies for the two segments.

Crestyl secures €185 million loan for Prague office park from pbb & Helaba

Crestyl Group has secured a €185 million medium-term refinancing package for its Dock In Office Park in Prague, jointly underwritten by Deutsche Pfandbriefbank (pbb) and Helaba. The transaction capitalises on the lenders' long-term involvement with the Prague 8 commercial development. Prior to this agreement, both pbb and Helaba successfully provided the financing for all five individual phases of the waterfront office park.
