Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as the property manager of two Warsaw buildings in HIH Invest Real Estate’s portfolio: Feniks Office Building and Prime Corporate Center.

More than ten thousand Ukrainian refugees have already applied for help at the Temporary Support Centre for Refugees (TOWU) in Turawa Park  (Opole, Poland). Just a few days ago TOWU signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Polish branch of the Red Cross.

S Immo has received a request from shareholder CPI Property Group to convene an extraordinary shareholders' meeting.
