BIG Poland is set to open its BIG Konstantynów retail park on 29 October 2026 with 100% of its space leased. Developed in partnership with Acteeum Group, the new section adds approximately 13,500 sqm of retail space alongside the existing Kaufland and Bricomarché stores, bringing the total complex to approximately 21,000 sqm GLA. The opening will expand BIG Poland's portfolio to 15 retail parks with a combined GLA of approximately 285,000 sqm.
The new section will house around 30 stores, including New Yorker, Sinsay, CCC, Martes Sport, Jysk, MR DIY, Smyk and Maxi Zoo, alongside electronics retailers RTV Euro AGD and Media Expert, drugstores Rossmann and Hebe, and a McDonald's drive-thru restaurant. A Medicover medical centre and a Well Fitness club will also operate within the complex.
Located on Łódzka Street, close to residential areas in Konstantynów Łódzki and the Retkinia district of Łódź, the park offers more than 750 parking spaces, a petrol station, a car wash and access to a nearby tram stop.
"Residents of Konstantynów and nearby neighbourhoods should be able to take care of their everyday needs close to home, without having to travel further into Łódź. BIG Konstantynów brings more shops and services within easy reach. We want BIG Konstantynów to become a convenient part of local residents' daily routines," said Eran Levy, CEO of BIG Poland.
BIG Konstantynów forms part of BIG Poland's development programme, which also includes acquisitions of operating properties and extensions of existing parks. The company has two further projects in preparation in Piła and Bolesławiec. BIG Poland has been active in the Polish market since 2022 and received industry recognition in both 2025 and 2026, including the Investor of the Year title at the CEE Retail Awards 2026.
