Panattoni has secured two new tenants for its investment in Siedlce (eastern Poland). FoodWell – a leading player in the dried fruit and nuts market – will occupy 5,700 sqm in an existing building. Over 6,200 sqm of new warehouse space will be developed for a second tenant, a logistics operator.

Construction of the Emonika complex in Ljubljana has entered its next phase, marked by a groundbreaking ceremony hosted by OTP Group at the project site. In Q1 2025, the total modern office stock in Poland’s regional markets reached approximately 6.77 million sqm. During this period, new supply was limited, with only one office project completed - Dymka 188 in Poznań, offering 2,400 sqm of space, says Avison Young. 

According to the latest report by Newmark Polska, Poland’s total warehouse and industrial stock topped 35 million sqm in the first quarter of 2025. Meanwhile, with over 5.25 million sqm of warehouse space, Lower Silesia overtook Central Poland, securing third place among Poland’s largest regional markets. Availability in existing warehouses reached nearly 3 million sqm - the highest volume of vacant leasable space in the Polish market's history. That said, the overall vacancy rate edged up by just 0.3 pp year-on-year.

Realia Fund Sicav has expanded its portfolio with a newly built retail park in Šumperk in the Czech Republic. Owning currently 21 retail parks the fund has exceeded its portfolio to the value of CZK 2.8 billion (€112 million).
