Futureal Investment Partners has finalised the revitalisation of Wratislawia Tower in Wrocław, handing over the reimagined space to its new tenant, Focus Hotels S.A. The transformation has turned the property into a modern, energy-efficient facility that combines hotel, office and cultural functions, the company announced on LinkedIn.

The tower now accommodates a hotel operated by Focus Hotels alongside a fully equipped office area and the refurbished Kino Nowe Horyzonty cinema, both delivered earlier. Together, these components create a multifunctional destination in the city centre.

As part of the upgrade, Futureal Investment Partners introduced a series of smart, sustainable solutions to enhance the building’s performance. These include a photovoltaic installation powering common areas, full LED lighting, a building management system, and water- and energy-saving technologies. The improvements are expected to reduce water consumption by 30% and electricity use by 35%, while lowering the building’s EP index from 322 to 116.

The revitalisation of Wratislawia Tower reflects growing demand in Poland’s regional cities for modernised, multifunctional urban projects that combine hospitality, workspace and cultural facilities within energy-efficient buildings.
