The Sir Hotels chain coming from Amsterdam has opened its new hotel close to the Vltava river bank in Prague this week.

The Florian Residence project by Alto Real Estate in Bratislava's Old Town has reached another key milestone. Its base building construction has reached its maximum height.

Car commuters to the Warsaw office district in Służewiec Przemysłowy have received an unexpected gift. Thanks to the cooperation of the owners of office buildings and the activists from the association ‘Lepszy Służewiec’, the often congested intersection of Postępu and Marynarska streets has been rebuilt. As a result of the changes, its capacity has increased by as much as 43 per cent.

THR, the public company controlled by Transilvania Investments Alliance, has sold the Balada Hotel, in Saturn resort, to a Romanian buyer for €6.1 million.
