Payment services company eService has signed a lease for 7,500 sqm of office space at Drucianka Campus, a mixed-use development by Liebrecht & wooD in Warsaw's Praga district. The agreement is the first lease transaction at the project, which is being built on the site of the former Warsaw Wire, Pin and Nail Factory and is due to complete in summer 2028.

Drucianka Campus is located along Kijowska Street, near the Świętokrzyska Route in the Praga-Północ district. Upon completion, the development will comprise nearly 30,000 sqm of office space and 8,000 sqm of retail and service space, with historic factory halls revitalised alongside new buildings. eService will occupy 7,500 sqm in building B1B, representing approximately one quarter of the total office space. CBRE is responsible for commercialising the space.

eService, which operates as Centrum Elektronicznych Usług Płatniczych eService Sp. z o.o., has provided payment solutions to businesses and public institutions for more than 25 years, offering fixed and mobile payment terminals, SoftPOS applications and e-commerce payment gateways. The company is part of Global Payments Inc. and PKO Bank Polski.

"To provide them with the best possible working environment, we have opted for high-quality office space that will allow us to create an even more modern and comfortable workplace," said Joanna Seklecka, CEO of eService. "Drucianka Campus meets our expectations and reflects our organisational culture. It gives us the opportunity to combine a place with its own identity, history and character with the modernity that eService represents," she added.

The development sits close to three major transport interchange hubs, Warszawa Wschodnia, Dworzec Wileński and Warszawa Stadion, giving access to suburban and regional rail, the second metro line, and tram and bus services. Liebrecht & wooD CEO for Poland Magdalena Bartkiewicz-Podoba said: "Following the success of Centrum Praskie Koneser, Drucianka Campus is a natural next step in this strategy. We are confident that Drucianka Campus will provide an excellent environment for its highly skilled team."

Earthworks are currently underway for the office and service buildings, with foundation slab work also in progress. The project has received BREEAM certification at the "Outstanding" level and was recognised with the Future Project Award at the CEE Investment Awards gala.
