The construction of over 800 living units has started at the intersection of Postępu and Domaniewska Streets in Warsaw. The project has been developed by YIT for the leading Nordic real estate investor NREP. Unibep has been chosen as the general contractor. YIT Slovakia has completed the reconstruction of the Pradiareň 1900 office building in Bratislava. Starting from December 2020, the Slovak branch of Microsoft will move into the premises as the first tenant.

Colliers International has been assigned to assist YIT Slovakia in leasing the Pradiareň 1900 office building. After the opening, Colliers International REMS will be assisting the developer with property management.

YIT has sold housing projects in Prague, the Czech Republic and in Bratislava, Slovakia to YCE Housing I fund. The value of the projects is approximately €50 million, and the sales are recorded in the last quarter of the year.
