YIT has started selling apartments in one of its first residential projects outside Prague, Portti Kladno. The project is located on a brownfield site of former cold storage facilities with an area of almost 12,000 sqm. The second stage is to offer 102 apartments for personal ownership. 

YIT has completed the base building construction of the tenth phase of Tampere, which is being built in the Suomi Hloubětín complex in Prague 9. The apartment building is offering 68 units and 5 commercial spaces. 

YIT has announced its record sales in 2024, selling 416 units in connection with the gradual market recovery, representing a more than double increase compared to 2023 with 198 apartments. 

YIT has launched pre-sales of the second phase of its Portti Kladno project outside Prague. The first phase with 85 residential units has now been sold to a housing cooperative. 

YIT Slovakia has presented the new management of the company. Now it consists of up to 8 directors. The change came at a time when YIT Slovakia plans to revolutionise construction and development.

YIT has decided to continue in cooperation with the RSJ investment group. After the completed Vesi Hostivař project in Prague 15 and the planned residential construction in Brno, the two companies are joining forces for the realization of the Toivo Roztyly project in Prague 11.

The next stage of the Ružinovo ZWIRN project by YIT has received a valid building use approval decision and is ready for its residents. 

YIT has received building use approval for the Rivi Bachova apartment building in Chodov, Prague. The project has been implemented in cooperation with the Rivi Housing Cooperative. New residents, who by joining the cooperative have acquired a cooperative share and the right to rent an apartment are moving in as early as December of this year. 

In addition to the new acquisition in Brno, YIT is also intensively focusing on Kladno, where it is starting its first-ever regional construction by the end of this year. 

For the first time, YIT is expanding its development activities outside Prague and is preparing its first residential project in Brno. A growing demand for quality housing in the city is offering interesting potential for construction.
