Developer YIT, together with family office One Family Office, has completed the acquisition of DH Towers, which owns land in the Zelený pruh area of Prague 4. The companies plan to build a mixed-use project on the site, with construction expected to begin within about three years.

Czech investment platform Upvest has entered the Slovak market with its first cross-border loan financing. The company secured a mezzanine construction loan of 187.5 million Czech crowns (€7.5 million) for the Zwirn 2 residential project in Bratislava.

Finnish developer YIT achieved record sales of 494 residential units in 2025, worth almost €160 million, representing a 20% increase compared to the previous year. The company's revenue reached €90 million.

Property developer YIT Slovakia has announced the appointment Patrik Golský as the new Managing Director, having previously served as Production Director.

YIT has completed the tenth phase of the Suomi Hloubětín residential complex in Prague 9. The Tampere building contains 68 apartments and 5 commercial spaces, with only two retail units remaining for sale.

YIT has completed its residential project Sija Kamýk in Prague 12, featuring ecological and energy-efficient elements. The residential building on the corner of Hodkovická and Mariánská streets comprises 122 units with areas from 30 to 116 sqm.

The Viedenská Road West residential development in Bratislava has received a final decision on the environmental impact assessment in its preparatory phase, allowing the developer, YIT, to proceed with further permitting processes.

YIT has included cooperative housing as an important alternative to traditional financing for the purchase of real estate for personal ownership in its residential development strategy. The developer has now entered into cooperation with the Ranta Barrandov IV Housing Cooperative by selling the building with 69 residential units.

YIT has completed the base building of the third phase of the Ranta Barrandov residential project in Prague 5. The project is on track for completion in the second quarter of 2026.

YIT Slovakia has announced the completion of the Zwirn office building, a part of the Zwirn project in Ružinov, Bratislava. More than 50 per cent of the space has already been occupied.
