Globalworth advises shareholders to take no action

Immofinanz announces potential change in shareholder structure

Immofinanz announced on 29 January 2021 that RPR Privatstiftung has concluded a share purchase agreement on the sale of its share in RPPK Immo GmbH with Revenite Austria S.à.r.l. on 29 January 2021 and that this share purchase agreement is subject to the condition precedent that Eurovea Services s.r.o., which holds the second share in RPPK Immo GmbH in addition to RPR Privatstiftung, consents to the transfer by 31 March 2021 at the latest.

Immofinanz increases S Immo takeover offer

Immofinanz announced on 14 March 2021 to launch a voluntary public takeover offer to the shareholders of S Immo to acquire a controlling interest pursuant to section 25a of the Austrian Takeover Act. The offer price per share of S Immo AG has been announced as €18.04 on a cum-dividend basis. Immofinanz announces that the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of Immofinanz have resolved upon an increase of the offer price to €22.25 on 25 March.

Starwood Capital launches buyout bid for CA Immo

US investor Starwood Capital, through its Luxembourg holding company SOF-11 Klimt CAI S.à r.l., has increased its stake in Austrian company CA Immo to 29.99% in the past few weeks and announced a takeover offer for the remaining shares for €34.44 per share. Starwood also plans to submit an offer for CA Immo’s convertible bonds.

New leases

  • The shopping centres managed by EPP, Wzorcownia in Włocławek, Galeria Solna in Inowrocław and Galeria Olimpia in Bełchatów, are extending their offer with the assortment of Pitbull, one of the most recognisable sportswear brands in Poland. The area covered by the leases amounts to over 250 sqm.
  • Flowserve Hungary Services has leased 2,550 sqm of office space in the Liberty mixed-use building in Budapest. The company will move into this Autumn.
  • DB Logistic has signed a new lease agreement at SEGRO Logistics Park Gliwice. The company has decided to expand occupied space by a third to a total of nearly 5,000 sqm.

New appointments

  • Prologis' Warsaw team has gained a new director. As of 1st of April, Marzena Tkaczuk has joined the team of development experts. As Capital Deployment Director, she will be responsible in particular for the implementation of build-to-suit projects.
  • Hagag Development Europe has named Ana-Maria Nemțanu as Leasing Director. She has over 17 years’ worth of experience in the local real estate industry.
  • Emilia Dębowska has been promoted to the position of Head of Sustainability Europe of Panattoni. In her new role, she will be responsible for Panattoni’s integrated sustainable development strategy encompassing both the company’s business goals and the development of its projects in Europe for every country in which the developer is active.
