Big Poland has acquired a retail park project in Dzierżoniów, becoming the 11th retail park in its Polish portfolio.

The project Big Dzierżoniów will offer approximately 17,000 sqm of leasable area and around 30 stores. It will be supported by approximately 500 parking spaces, providing accessibility and convenience for customers. The project is currently under construction and is being developed by Redkom Development, with completion scheduled for Q2 2026.

Once completed, the retail park will become the retail destination in Dzierżoniów and surroundings, serving a catchment area of approximately 115,000 inhabitants across the city and surrounding municipalities. Its central location, combined with a format and a tenant mix, positions the asset as a commercial hub for the region. The development is currently undergoing Breeam certification.

"The acquisition of the retail park in Dzierżoniów is another step in the implementation of our growth strategy in Poland," says Eran Levy, CEO of Big Poland.

Big Poland has been operating in the Polish market since 2022 and currently owns retail parks located in Łubna near Warsaw, Lubin, Andrychów, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Ostróda, Włocławek, Myszków, Olsztyn, Suwałki, Koszalin and Dzierżoniów with a total area of over 200,000 sqm. In addition, the company has three development projects currently in the pipeline, located in Piła, Olkusz, and Konstantynów Łódzki.
