Panattoni Park Košice Aiport has expanded by a second hall. The first tenants have already taken over the area of around 6,300 sqm. The nearly 20,000 sqm hall was built by developer Panattoni in cooperation with investor Accolade. Erik Ivaničko, Panattoni's director for Slovakia, told the TASR news agency that the investment in the construction of the new hall is about € 17 million.

A new development division of the Lekvi Group plans to build fifteen new retail parks in the region within five years. So far, this group of investors from the countries of the former Soviet Union has focused on the sale of apartments but now sees potential in retail parks in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The planned projects should cost CZK 1 billion, E15 reports.
Savills has signed an association agreement with Modesta Real Estate, located in Vienna, to support its continued expansion across Europe and the Middle East. Modesta Real Estate will collaborate with Savills to service existing clients whilst liaising with Savills offices and other partners in CEE to build relationships across the wider region. Modesta Real Estate also has an office in Bratislava and will be collaborating closely with Savills’ Czech office to ensure further service delivery in Slovakia.
Tatra Asset Management has acquired the Hexagon retail park in Žarnovice, Central Slovakia from Hexagon Retail s.r.o. The new owner of the Hexagon retail park with an area of 3,600 sqm is a real estate fund managed by Tatra Asset Management, which with this acquisition has expanded its portfolio to 11 retail parks operated under the Lipa Park brand.
Developer J&T Real Estate (JTRE) has completed the almost three-year construction of Bratislava’s tallest residential building and the Klingerka project has been issued a usage permit.
Total investments in commercial real estate in Slovakia in 2021 exceeded €750 million which exceeded the volume of investments in the pre-crisis year 2019. Genuine Parts Company signed a multi-year lease for office space in Kraków's Lubicz Park B building. The company’s new location, which will serve as the headquarters of GPC Global Technology Center, will occupy one-and-a-half floors (1,500 sqm in total). JLL Poland took part in lease negotiations and is overseeing the technical side of the GPC office construction process.

CPI Property Group is expanding its retail leasing department. Dariusz Kafara has been appointed as the new Leasing Manager. At the Warsaw branch of the company, Dariusz is responsible for maintaining the maximum level of commercialisation in two retail park chains from the group's portfolio - CityMarket and STOP SHOP.
Brian Nyeng Olesen, formerly head of commercial at the Salling Group, has been appointed as the new managing director of Netto Polska. The position was previously held by Hugo Mesquita.
M Core appoints Magdalena Kowalewska as the new Chief Operating Officer at LCP Properties, Poland. This comes at the same time that Krystian Modrzejewski has accepted a post as the Group Head of Expansion for Poland, where he will be responsible for realising the opportunity for land and asset acquisition in aid of portfolio growth.
