The new development on the site of Istropolis in Bratislava on the Trnavsky Mýte by Immocap is rapidly approaching construction. The proof is not only the progress in the permitting processes, but also the confirmation of the first key tenant who will occupy one of the office buildings, reports Yimba.sk.
The building, referred to in the permitting process as the O2 Office Building, should become the new headquarters of DELL. The DELL shared services centre in Bratislava employs around 2,800 people. It is currently located at the CUBUS business centre near the Blumentál interchange. The 11-floor building has 22,000 square meters of office space. In Istropolis, DELL will acquire completely new premises in an eight-floor L-shaped building with a total surface area of 20,351 sqm.
This part of the project is at an advanced stage of permitting. Construction work could start within a few months. The completion of the building and moving of DELL could possibly take place as early as the end of 2026.
