The next stage of the Ružinovo ZWIRN project by YIT has received a valid building use approval decision and is ready for its residents.

The project brought 155 flats and 40 suites of one to four rooms to the location. Each apartment and suite offers ceiling cooling and floor heating, electrically controlled exterior blinds or a balcony or terrace. At this moment, the last vacant apartments remain in the project.

Similar to the first stage, residents will have a place to store and wash bicycles, a cellar included in the price of each apartment, and parking in an underground garage. The project grew up around a green yard, which became part of the entire complex.

Only a few steps away, residents of the ZWIRN project will also have 3 modern ZWIRN OFFICE offices, which are a direct part of this stage. Their approval is planned for the second half of next year.

In the case of real estate financing, clients can choose from two options – a mortgage loan and cooperative housing, which YIT Slovakia renewed in Slovakia in April of this year.

The ZWIRN complex will close the ZWIRN 2 stage, which the developer has been building since November of this year when it started the first work on the construction pit. Completion of the final stage associated with approval is planned for the first half of 2028.
