YIT Slovakia has presented the new management of the company. Now it consists of up to 8 directors. The change came at a time when YIT Slovakia plans to revolutionise construction and development.

The ambition of YIT Slovakia is to change the method of preparation and implementation of constructions into an ecosystem based on cooperation and mutual benefit. "Only through the ambition to change ourselves can we change the entire industry. The new ecosystem will allow us to build an identical building as the competition, but 20% cheaper, half as fast and better," Milan Murcko, CEO at YIT Slovakia, explains.

The key should be consistent digitisation, high productivity of all activities, also changes in company culture. The adjustment of the company's organisational structure is also related to this. Marek Demčák, an expert in productivity from an external environment, has joined the new management, but it is otherwise made up of experts who have worked at YIT Slovakia for many years: Júlia Koľajová, Director of Culture and People, Katarína Šutová, Director of Business and Customer Services, Tomáš Augustín, Director of Development and Project Management, Róbert Žbodák, Financial Director, Patrik Golský, Production Director, Radek Pšenička, Director of Urban and Business Development and Milan Murcko, General Director.
