The residential project Topolčianska by the developer VI Group, close to Lake Veľký Draždiak in the Petržalka district of Bratislava, has received a legal building use approval.
The apartment building brought to the Bratislava residential market 76 residential units ranging in size from 37 sqm to 94.3 sqm. Most of the apartments have already been sold. According to the project's website, there are still 2-room apartments on sale for around €200,000.
The apartments are equipped with recuperation units, heat-insulating triple-glazed windows and preparation for air conditioning. The green roof and water retention measures reduce energy costs and contribute to environmental sustainability. The project has a direct connection to the D1 highway and there is a new tram line in the finalization phase nearby.
