Shopper Park Plus Nyrt. (SPP) has purchased a Tesco-anchored retail park portfolio in Slovakia from Tesco Stores SR. 

On the right bank of the Danube, new neighbourhood developments have been underway for several years. JTRE is preparing the Nové Lido and Penta Real Estate the Southbank project. For their plans to become a reality,  the city councillors need to give the green light to change the city's master plan and swap city land. As dennikN.sk reports, both proposals have eventually received support.

The construction of the first apartment building in the Rakyta project in Bratislava's Devínská Nová Ves by Lucron is progressing and the rough construction is nearing completion. 

Immocap presented an updated design of the new Istropolis in Bratislava. The project already has a valid zoning decision and construction is expected to begin in the summer of 2025. 

After the building use approval for the first stage at the end of last year, the new Bratislava district Vydrica is gradually filling with new residents. 17 retail premises out of 19 are also already leased.

Bajkalská Street in Bratislava is a step closer to transformation into a modern city district. The mixed-use complex Aston 2.022 from the developer Estate 01 has already managed to obtain the first important approval - environmental impact assessment. Penta Real Estate has announced a change in the management of the Slovak part of the company. The current Country Managing Director Juraj Nevolník is leaving the company for personal reasons. He is going to be replaced by Michal Rehák, currently working in the Business Director position. 

After many attempts, approval and subsequent rejection, the new Construction Code has finally been approved in Slovakia, reports YIMBA.sk. It is supposed to be one of the important tools contributing to the economic competitiveness of Slovakia by simplifying and speeding up construction procedures.
