Developer Lucron is launching the sale of apartments in a new stage of its residential project on the outskirts of Bratislava - Nesto Prime. Low-rise buildings in the middle of existing greenery are comprising 60 apartments.

Due to the development size, the investor Agadu, close to the construction company Hornex, has planned to execute the construction in stages.

Developer Penta Real Estate has made progress in the preparation of the Southbank project and entered the environmental impact assessment, reports Yimba.sk. The key owners, the developers J&T Real Estate and Penta Real Estate, are planning to build a new mixed-use zone near the Danube Embankment in Bratislava.

Lucron has received a building permit for the new Rakyta family housing project in Bratislava's Devínska Nová Ves. In partnership with Across Group, it is now beginning with the construction.
