Christie & Co has advised global real estate investment manager Invesco Real Estate on the sale of the Mercure Bratislava Centrum Hotel to CPI Property Group.
Cooperation between Slovak developer Corwin and Czech-Slovak investment company Hartenberg will comprise more than half a dozen real estate projects in Slovakia and Slovenia.
Local developer Haberl Real Estate announced a new residential project, Green Atrium in Bratislava’s Ružinov district. The project consists of 3 blocks and an inner block. It will provide 83 residential units, underground parking and up to 1,500 sqm of greenery located in the courtyard and on the roofs of buildings. Start of construction is expected to take place in Q3 2022, while completion is scheduled for 2025.

ESET, a global leader in cybersecurity, unveiled its plans for the previously announced ESET Campus – an innovation and technology hub based in its headquarters city, Bratislava, Slovakia. The 55,000 sqm campus designed by architectural studio BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group will house the company’s new headquarters and will become a centre of excellence, creating strong cybersecurity, AI and innovation ecosystem for Slovakia and Central Europe.
Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH has launched the development of 8,000 square metres in Garbe Green Park Piešťany. A new space comprising 3,000 square metres will be occupied by Inalfa, a designer, producer and supplier of roof solutions for the automotive industry. The remaining 5,000 square metres will be delivered speculatively and available for lease from May 2022.

Contera has become the new owner of Vlčie hrdlo Business Park in Bratislava, located on a former brownfield area and offering 33,420 square meters of warehouse and office space, the company announced on LinkedIn. Contera purchased the asset, situated close to R7 highway, from investment group Natland.
Nivy mall in Bratislava, a new shopping centre developed by HB Reavis that also includes the city’s new international bus terminal, has welcomed almost 330,000 visitors in the first week following the centre’s opening on 30 September.
Online documentation and efficiency solutions company Craft Docs secured a 1,000 sqm of office space in the renewed Krausz Palace office complex in downtown Budapest. The company will move in August 2023. The startup has become the first tenant of the building, Jake Lodge, principal of Avision Young Hungary responsible for the leasing and operative management of the building said.
A new tenant has moved into the Eximius Park office complex near Kraków. GoE Wellness is a British healthy lifestyle start-up that is expanding its operations in Europe. The company's new office has an area of approximately 900 sqm and is located in building 200.

CPI Property Group is expanding its retail leasing department. Dariusz Kafara has been appointed as the new Leasing Manager. At the Warsaw branch of the company, Dariusz is responsible for maintaining the maximum level of commercialisation in two retail park chains from the group's portfolio - CityMarket and STOP SHOP.
Brian Nyeng Olesen, formerly head of commercial at the Salling Group, has been appointed as the new managing director of Netto Polska. The position was previously held by Hugo Mesquita.
M Core appoints Magdalena Kowalewska as the new Chief Operating Officer at LCP Properties, Poland. This comes at the same time that Krystian Modrzejewski has accepted a post as the Group Head of Expansion for Poland, where he will be responsible for realising the opportunity for land and asset acquisition in aid of portfolio growth.
