UDI Group is launching its next residential project Zvezdano Brdo (Starry Hill) in the capital of Serbia, Belgrade. Serbia is the largest foreign market for the Czech UDI Group. It is building or preparing four projects here, including the entire new Duga district for CZK 14 billion (€555 million). 

Sirius Offices, the 30,000 sqm office complex based in Belgrade’s business district, has reached 100% occupancy with a mixed roster of tenants from finance, IT & telecoms, and construction. 

The first larger building that is only intended for rental was opened within the Belgrade-based Skyline project in April and is already over 30% rented, which is a good rate of rental for buildings of this type, according to an opinion of Cordon consultants. 

Big CEE, a subsidiary of Big Shopping Centers, has purchased Promenada shopping mall in Novi Sad from Nepi Rockcastle for €177 million, in a record transaction for the Serbian retail market.
