CTP is building a new turbine factory for BMTS at CTPark Novi Sad which will be handed over in April 2020. A considerable part of the facility will be equipped with all the necessary features for R&D activities.
At the beginning of December, Delta Holding will launch the construction of a new office building, Delta House in Belgrade which will house the company's future headquarters, local media reports. The 23,000 sqm building will be constructed in New Belgrade, between the Crowne Plaza Hotel and Geneks Apartments, following an investment of €40 million.

CTP will complete the construction of a new factory in Kragujevac, Serbia for one of the world leaders in the production of car components. The investment is worth €16 million and will help create around 800 jobs in Kragujevac in the surrounding places.
Immofinanz assigned Novaston to support the opening of their Stop Shop retail park in Sremska Mitrovica. All four Novaston platform sister companies were involved in the services. Novaston Asset Management supported with leasing services, while Novaston Facility Management assisted with technical support. Group BIG CEE Serbia entered into a partnership with Fashion Company to acquire one more commercial centre in Serbia, Fashion Park Outlet Indjija. BIG Group acquired the majority of shares (67.5%) in this project, with Fashion Company as the main partner, which holds remaining rights (27.5%).
GTC Serbia opened Ada Mall, its first shopping centre in Belgrade, Serbia. It is the only latest-generation shopping centre in the Serbian capital and covers an area of over 34,000 sqm. This extraordinary shopping mall was designed to provide its visitors with a unique Belgradian shopping experience.
Gemini Park Tarnów will see the debut of the first Unisono shop in eastern Małopolska. The new tenant will occupy a 152 sqm unit. The store will open later this year.
The Gemini Park Tychy shopping centre is extending cooperation with its long-standing partner, the Silesia Jeans brand. The multibrand, which offers brands such as Levi's, Mustang, Lee and Wrangler, will soon open its second shop in the Tychy mall. The new store will be filled with clothes and accessories from two American fashion brands: Tommy Jeans and Calvin Klein Jeans. The new unit will be 140 sqm in size and is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2023.
Building E belonging to the Nowy Rynek complex developed by Skanska in Poznań, although still under construction, is already attracting its future tenants. The international company Wunderman Thompson Technology will open its office here on approximately 2,000 sqm.
