Sirius Offices, the 30,000 sqm office complex based in Belgrade’s business district, has reached 100% occupancy with a mixed roster of tenants from finance, IT & telecoms, and construction. 

The first larger building that is only intended for rental was opened within the Belgrade-based Skyline project in April and is already over 30% rented, which is a good rate of rental for buildings of this type, according to an opinion of Cordon consultants. 

Big CEE, a subsidiary of Big Shopping Centers, has purchased Promenada shopping mall in Novi Sad from Nepi Rockcastle for €177 million, in a record transaction for the Serbian retail market.
