spaceOS has announced a new capital raise totalling €2.5 million. The latest funding comes after Austrian commercial real estate group Immofinanz took a €2 million stake in spaceOS, further strengthening the firms’ partnership, following a deal in December to roll-out the spaceOS platform across the group’s entire portfolio. Existing investors BeyondBuild also contributed an additional €0.5 million to this funding round.

This October, global proptech portal Unissu is launching the second edition of Connect, the global real estate equivalent of TED Talks. Bright Spaces was chosen, along with 4 other European start-ups, out of a total of over 600 registered teams. The Romanian startup will enter a 15-week intensive program, with the objective of developing the product and scaling the company to the size and needs of the European office market.

7R, a Polish warehouse developer, is implementing new technology to manage the risks connected with flat roofs.
