Echo Investment is introducing a new service for potential home buyers, Aurelia – a virtual customer assistant.

The Aurelia chatbot knows almost everything about Echo Investment's residential projects. Prospective clients can talk to her on Facebook Messenger and on the websites of selected projects – Stacja Wola in Warsaw, Fuzja in Łódź, the KRK residential estate in Kraków, Station 3.0 in Wrocław, as well as Nasze Jeżyce in Poznań. Ultimately, Aurelia will be available on the websites of all Echo Investment’s residential projects.

“As can be easily seen, our clients and their needs have become the most important catalyst for the changes that shape today's smart apartments, buildings and even cities. The way we communicate with them is also changing. Our clients expect quick responses and easy access to knowledge, and Aurelia meets both conditions. Thanks to the chatbot, people who look for an apartment can always receive all necessary information and the best hints to find a place exactly suited to their needs,” says Waldemar Olbryk, Echo Investment’s Management Board Member.

Aurelia has access to the full database of apartments on offer and, based on criteria given by interlocutors, is able to search for accommodations meeting their expectations within seconds. Users can, for example, specify their budget limit, space they need, the number of rooms, floors or which direction their apartments should be faced.

Echo Investment, as the first developer on the Polish market, has introduced mobile apartment handovers. For two years now, apartments can be accepted remotely – using Samsung tablets, which saves clients' time and paper. Moreover, the company has started online meetings with advisors, during which Virtual Reality layouts of projects and their immediate vicinity are presented. Another amenity is the digitalization of an apartment reservation process – thanks to the cooperation with Asseco, since the end of March, clients can conclude agreements without needing to leave their home. The developer also plans to implement further changes in its business processes. Soon, clients will be able to monitor ongoing progress on Echo Investment's construction sites in real-time, during a video conversation with an advisor or thanks to a dedicated tab on the fanpage ECHO Mieszkania on Facebook.
