Czech smart building software provider Sharry has secured further investment. The largest amount of investment comes from J&T Ventures now. This allows Sharry to expand into 50 countries this year, co-founders plans.

2022 has started with a significant milestone for CEE-based proptech company Maxify – the opening of a new office in London, with the UK now acting as its primary legal jurisdiction. At the same time, the company has moved its IT infrastructure to be hosted in the Netherlands.

Realpad, a European provider of CRM and after-sales management software for residential developers, has significantly increased its customer base in Romania in 2021. After entering the market earlier in 2021, the Romanian team of Realpad has managed to close 20 clients including well-established market players such as Hagag Development Europe, Bog’Art, Synergy, Liebrecht & wooD or leading residential agency SVN Romania.

Despite the difficulties caused by COVID-19, the year 2020 was a turning point, in a positive sense, for most Czech Proptech companies. as the pandemic situation created strong pressure to automate and digitize processes using modern technologies. These technologies include machine reading, artificial intelligence or the Internet of Things. Many companies have expanded to foreign markets, where Czech solutions for residential and commercial development are receiving positive responses.
