Realpad, a European provider of CRM and after-sales management software for residential developers, has significantly increased its customer base in Romania in 2021. After entering the market earlier in 2021, the Romanian team of Realpad has managed to close 20 clients including well-established market players such as Hagag Development Europe, Bog’Art, Synergy, Liebrecht & wooD or leading residential agency SVN Romania.

Andrei Duta, Realpad’s Sales Manager for Romania, sees big potential in further expanding on the Romanian market. "In total, there are more than 500 residential developers in Romania, therefore I believe we are still only scratching the surface. Many Romanian developers are progressive and they are actively searching for software solutions that can help them minimize errors in the sales process and improve customer satisfaction of their buyers," says Andrei Duta.

The software produced by Realpad is a digital ecosystem that covers 3 main areas of the sales of new residential projects:

  • CRM: leads collection, inventory management of units, deal management (payments, documents, custom changes), and reports
  • After-sales: technical inspections, handovers, and warranty claims management
  • Buyers portal: interface for buyers where they can find all important documents and information about their purchase

Realpad software is adopted by more than 100 developers in 12 EU countries and the goal for Realpad is to double its customer base in 2022 in order to strengthen its position as a leading software provider for residential developers in the CEE and SEE regions.

“We have already started with the expansion process in Bulgaria and Serbia and we will enter another four more markets during the course of 2022,” says Jakub Licak, Business Development Manager of Realpad. The company is also active in other regions, with an active presence in Luxembourg and Belgium.

The carbon cost is already in your building. You just can't see it yet

by Property Forum
A structural shift is rewriting the financial logic of European commercial real estate. It isn't being driven by ESG pressure or voluntary sustainability labels. It's being driven by regulation — and the numbers are concrete enough that ignoring them is becoming a financial risk. A recent white paper by workcloud24 traces the mechanism in detail: how the operational energy and CO₂ performance of a building transmits into net operating income, asset value, and financing conditions. The argument isn't that green buildings are virtuous. It's that inefficient buildings are becoming measurably more expensive to own, operate, and finance.
