Rohlig Suus Logistics has extended its lease agreement for 24,000 sqm at Prologis Park Piotrków. The lease extension was finalized with the support of Hubert Wojtera from the Axi Immo agency

“The motto of Rohlig Suus Logistics is “One step ahead”. These words bring us together, because Prologis is guided by a similar slogan: "Ahead of what's next". Our shared focus on the future, and on keeping ahead of the curve in our respective industries, has bound us together in effective partnership for many years. Now, it has led to a new contract for the company’s space in Piotrków,” says Piotr Lenczewski, Leasing & Customer Experience Manager at Prologis.

Prologis Park Piotrków provides access to key transport routes: the A1 north-south and A2 west-east motorways, and the S8 expressway. The importance of this location will continue to grow with the planned construction of the S74 expressway, a new section of the S12 Łódź Południe - Kozenin route, which is already under construction.

“We have an unwavering commitment to providing comprehensive logistics services at the highest level. We have been building our know-how for decades, but it wouldn’t be possible without cooperation with trusted partners. We decided to stay with Prologis due to the high quality of facility management and the location of the warehouse in the center of Poland,” said Sylwester Wzorek, Senior Facility Manager at Rohlig Suus Logistics.

“The extension of a contract in an existing logistics park is usually a win-win situation for both parties involved in the transaction. The tenant stays in a known location and retains current staff, while the landlord can be sure that the customer is satisfied with the services provided, and that they are happy with the offer and the landlord's professionalism,” says Hubert Wojtera, from the Axi Immo agency.
