GLP has completed the third building at Poznań Airport Logistics Centre in Poland. This is the final stage of the project, which offers a total of more than 81,000 sqm of warehouse and production space.

The latest building in GLP’s logistics park, located within 5 minutes from Poznań-Ławica Airport and with direct access to the A2 motorway, totals over 28,600 sqm. The facility meets the BREEAM certification requirements.

The building has a storage height of 12 meters, as well as enhanced access to natural light in the loading dock area with an above-standard number of skylights. Its rooftop is solar-ready, with other green solutions including electric vehicle charging stations and a bike shelter. The project also features landscaped areas and dedicated toilets for drivers.

A leading medical device manufacturer is the main user of the building at the moment, which still has 17,000 sqm of free space available to prospective tenants.

Paweł Żeromski, Business Development Manager at GLP, said: “Poznań Airport Logistics Centre’s proximity to the Poznań-Ławica passenger and cargo terminals, as well its location only 20 minutes from the city centre and 10 minutes from the A2 motorway, make it a prime logistics location in the region. With the park now completed, we look forward to offering the remaining space to our customers, who can benefit from its high specification and best-in-class sustainability features.”
