According to JLL data, the primary market in Poland's largest markets continued its record-breaking performance with 19,500 units sold in the second quarter of this year, resulting in the market’s best H1 result ever.  

Global Reach Logistics (GRL), a third-party logistics (3PL) provider, has leased an 11,680 sqm warehouse space in the distribution centre Prologis Park Poznań. The business venture is a transaction in cooperation with AXI IMMO and the Czech consulting company 108 AGENCY, which run joint projects within IRELS, an organisation of international specialists in the logistics real estate sector.

Tomasz Mika has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1st, by the management board of 7R. He heads the company's financial division and is responsible for finance, accounting and controlling. He will also support 7R's business development in Poland and foreign markets.

Polish residential developer Murapol has filed a prospectus with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) in connection with the IPO being considered and the start of listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The ČS nemovitostní fond, managed by REICO, is acquiring Panattoni Park Tychy DC1 in Poland. The value of the acquisition is approximately CZK 1.1 billion (€42 million). This brings the number of properties owned by the fund to 19.

Tenants on the office market are cautiously optimistic as demand for offices outside Warsaw grows. Advisory company JLL summarizes the situation on the Polish office market in H1 2021.

Accolade Group, in cooperation with its JV partner, invested almost €26 million in a Class A warehouse facility in Wielenin-Kolonia in Central Poland. The entire facility is occupied by K-Flex, a worldwide leader in the production of elastomeric insulation, with a lease term of 17 years.

Panattoni has turned its focus back onto the Warsaw market. In a strategic location – close to the planned New Central Polish Airport – Panattoni Park Błonie III is now under construction. The investment with an area of more than 90,000 sqm has already started and has its first tenant: logistics operator GTFL, which specialises in full truckload and international transportation. The company will consolidate the space it currently occupies in the country at the end of this year, when it will move into its newly leased 7,700 sqm premises. It was represented by consultancy Cresa Polska for this transaction.

Over 21,000 sqm of office space located on 13 floors, terraces for tenants and a basketball court – this will be the second phase of the Centrum Południe office complex currently being developed by Skanska. Like the existing buildings, the new phase will apply for numerous certificates, including the WELL Core&Shell.
