Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed to manage Nefryt and Topaz buildings located in Warsaw's Mokotów district.

For nearly 1.5 years, since the beginning of the pandemic, the hybrid work model has permanently established itself in the labour market. The office market and coronavirus", prepared by Colliers, the vast majority of companies would like to stick to this model also in the post-pandemic reality.

In mid-April this year, Equilis Poland finalized the land purchase transaction in Warsaw's Ursus district and plans to implement development of over 1,000 apartments there. Construction is scheduled to begin in the upcoming year.

Globalworth is now the manager of all the buildings in its Polish portfolio – after taking over the management of the Green Horizon office building in Łódź. All 22 office and multi-functional properties owned by Globalworth in the country are now managed by the company.

Vastint Poland entrusted Mostostal Warszawa with the construction of the B10 office and hotel complex in Wroclaw. The planned investment will be built on Bolkowska Street, in the vicinity of the Business Garden office complex. The total usable area of ​​the new development will be approximately 20,000 sqm. The general contractor plans to start construction work immediately, which will take 18 months. The investment is scheduled for completion in December 2022.

Cavatina Holding, one of the largest Polish developers of office space, has confirmed its intent to carry out an initial public offering (IPO) on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.  A conclusive decision in this respect will be made based on market conditions. Details of the IPO will be published in the prospectus following its approval by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). The transaction will entail the issue of new shares only and its detailed parameters will be presented upon publication of the prospectus.

According to a report by McKinsey & Company, the digitalisation of products and processes is one of the new standards in the global construction sector. All indications are that the construction industry is also following in its footsteps. After the leaders from the office real estate sector, other leading companies on the Polish market, this time from the residential and logistics sector, are deciding on comprehensive digitisation of administrative processes at construction sites of their investments. The demand for warehouses has increased by a quarter in recent months. Tenants are mostly interested in Greater Poland and Mazovia Provinces. The market is growing on average by 16 per cent per year, while as much as 2.5 million sqm of warehouse space is under construction, says Walter Herz

MidPoint71, the office building developed by Echo Investment in Wrocław, has reached its target height, which was symbolized by a traditional topping out ceremony. Currently, facade and installation works are in progress. The next stage will be finishing the interior of the office building. The facility is scheduled to receive its occupancy permit in the fourth quarter of 2021.
