Israeli investment group AFI Properties has signed an agreement for the acquisition of the T-Mobile Office Park in the Warsaw district of Mokotów for about €100 million. The previous owner was Starwood Capital Group.
After a year serving as a Non-Executive Director at 7R, Chris Zeuner has been appointed Chief Investment Officer and board member of the company. In his new role, effective from January 1st, he will be responsible for 7R’s further expansion which includes plans to enter new European markets

Europe Distribution Group has signed a lease agreement for 7,500 sqm at the MLP Wrocław logistics park. The lease includes 7,300 sqm of warehouse space and 200 sqm dedicated to office and staff facilities. The transaction was facilitated by the real estate advisory firm Sawitar Estate Broker.
New appointments
At the beginning of the year, Roberto Mateos, an experienced hotelier who has been with the Barceló Hotel Group for almost two decades, took over as general manager of the Barceló Warsaw Powiśle hotel.

In the Technical Advisory department, Kamil Olechniewicz has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. Additionally, Renata Zielińska took the position of Senior Consultant in the Investment department.
