Savills Investment Management has signed an extension agreement with Multidekor S.A. concerning the lease of approx. 23,000 sqm of space at Konotopa Park II logistics centre near Warsaw. The lease has been extended by five years.

Globalworth has signed a contract to sell the Warta Tower office building in Warsaw to a company from the Cornerstone Investment Management platform. The value of the transaction has been set at over €63 million.

Panattoni has secured financing for its first project in Bytom as Bank Pekao awarded an €80 million loan for the construction of Panattoni Park Bytom.

Logistics company Orbico has chosen Park P3, located close to Poznań, as the location for its new warehouse. The 10,000-square-meter facility is located between the S11 dual carriageway and the A4 highway. The warehouse opened, earlier this year, at the beginning of July. JLL provided consulting support in selecting the location for the facility's lease.

Trumpf Huettinger, which specialises in the design and production of advanced industrial electronics, is opening its seventh building in the fourth location in the Warsaw metropolitan area. The company has leased nearly 25,400 square meters of production and warehouse space at CTPark Warsaw East in Kobyłka, owned by CTP. At its latest Polish facility, Trumpf Huettinger will launch the largest production of control cabinets for the high-tech industry in Europe. Colliers facilitated the lease transaction of the CTPark Warsaw East building.

Unlike in the Czech Republic, developers in Poland can rely on the deadlines given by law which makes it a lot easier to do business. Marcela Fialková, Strategy Director of Czech-based developer UDI Group talked to Property Forum about the challenges and opportunities different markets in CEE offer.

Czech investment group Enern and Lincoln Property Company, an American company operating in the European market including Slovakia, have started construction of a new office project in Warsaw called The FORM. The project was purchased by the new owners in 2021 from Penta Real Estate. Its financing includes recently issued bonds worth €30 million with an annual coupon of six and a half percent, which are managed and secured by J&T Bank. The bonds are listed and traded on the Bratislava Stock Exchange, trend.sk reports.

The Warsaw office market is seeing signs of upcoming renewed development activity, says Savills. Three new office buildings were delivered in the first half of 2023, but a significant increase in new supply is not expected until 2025.

The Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK) has published figures summarizing office market in eight major regional markets in Poland (Kraków, Wrocław, the Tri-City, Katowice, Poznań, Łódź, Lublin, Szczecin) for Q2 2023. The data is sourced from advisory companies from the commercial real estate sector (Axi Immo, BNP Paribas Real Estate, CBRE, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, Knight Frank, Newmark Polska, Savills) and includes information on existing modern office stock, new completions, take-up volumes and vacancy rates.

Regesta, a specialist provider of road transport, forwarding and logistics services, has renewed its lease for more than 17,000 sqm of warehouse, office and social space in Park Tychy DC1. The tenant was represented during the lease negotiations by Newmark Polska.
