Savills has promoted Kamil Kowa to Managing Director of Savills Poland. In his new role, Kowa will work closely with Stuart Jordan, CEO of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) at Savills to help clients operating in or looking to enter the Polish real estate market.

Kamil has 20 years of experience in real estate. He also established the company’s Operational Capital Markets service line in Poland, which stands today as one of the market leaders in PRS (build to rent), PBSA (student housing) and Senior Living in the country.

Prior to joining Savills in 2015, Kamil spent over ten years at EY running multiple consulting projects across CEE. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a licenced and CIS HypZert (MLV) certified property valuer.

James Sparrow, CEO UK and EMEA at Savills, says: “Kamil’s background in consulting and his proven track record in both transactional and non-transactional instructions will benefit our clients in Poland and help to grow our footprint in this important European market.”

Stuart Jordan, CEO of CEE at Savills, says: “Kamil’s new role will strengthen our presence in CEE and will allow us to work even more closely in the region to increase our cross-border activity and client service.”

Kamil Kowa, Managing Director at Savills Poland, says: “Savills has a strong reputation in Poland, with 20 years of history and over 200 highly skilled professionals. I look forward to helping our clients grow sustainably, utilising our global network, market insight and practical innovations.”
