Greenberg Traurig advised Madison International Realty, the majority shareholder of Capital Park S.A., on the sale of certain assets of the group as part of a management buy-out co-financed by Europi Property Group, Capital Park’s minority shareholder.
As a result of the transaction, Madison will continue to control the companies that own the Norblin Factory and Royal Wilanów in a joint venture with the managers and Europi Property Group. Greenberg Traurig also previously advised Madison on the delisting of Capital Park from the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
